Best armour combinations? I'm running the brood mother mask with fire ant chest and legs, but is it worth swapping in some Mantis/assassin armour as well? I'm still just short of a black widow set. I like to run with the brood mother face mask for the super nova effect, the termite chest piece with gas cloud, and the mantis leggings for bleed.

The club does great damage and kills really fast when upgraded, and with the apex predator mutation you get a nice venom attack. The armor is insane when mixed with widow and makes a great poison build. Personally i grinded till i got tier 3 weapons and armor and the broodmother was so easy that i did it a second time. And it wasnt even because of the t3 armor and weapons. Thing about grounded is that mutations are what gear the game towards you.
