I have replaced - fan, thermostat, water pump, radiator, hoses, temperature sensor, head gaskets and even heads. All to the tune of about $4,000. Still overheats. - no codes ever.

This has happened twice in the past two weeks. The TJ has 90,000 miles on it and it appears that the water pump and hoses (and likely thermostat) were changed recently. Well if it's your AC that causing you to overheat then to me that means your cooling system is marginal and the increase in heat load from the AC is overloading it.
