Madden auto subs sliders

Has anyone found good Auto Subs and Fatigue settings that work well together? Just curious because reading thru the impressions thread, it sounded like guys were seeing good RB rotations with the new depth chart slots, but then reading some slider threads it seems like guys arent getting good RB rotations (For teams that use more then one RB).
