I just beat Malenia as a dex/arcane build at 150, and I had a hell of a time beating her. Took me a few nights. I tried a million different strategies with her. Tiche worked better for me than my mimic tear, and I ended up killing her using mainly Adula's Moonblade and Bloodhound step. You have to be really aggressive with her. Malenia staggers easily.
