I'm in Kennewick Washington and also having issues with my internet cutting out as well! The router never changes color indicating no internet, but it just goes away randomly after 10 minutes of working or so, I un and replug my modem back in and it works for about another 10-15 minutes again and then just vanishes without a trace.
