Unscrew all terminals connected to the wires of the old GFCI outlet. Attach the wires to their respective terminals on the new GFCI outlet and make sure they are tight. Push the new GFCI back into place, attach the cover plate, and turn on the power supply. Safety first! Remember to turn off the power before attempting to replace the GFCI.
