Springtrap is a rotten, withered, rabbit animatronic. The suit's fur, which was once a bright yellow, is now a drab olive colour, due to the blood and age. The suit is covered in tears, exposing Afton's mangled corpse within. Springtrap has a large, permanent grin and is missing half of his right ear.

The only endoskeleton of the Nightmares who appeared as a different character was Nightmare Endo, in Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted .
