Turn key and nothing happens but lights work

Jun 17, 2003 · When you turn the key over it will not start, no power. No lights, no wipers , no nothing. I do have a very dim dome light and radio works on the acc. postiton. But when you turn the key these also stop working. All connections look good and tight. Battery is 2 months old. The first time this happened was 6/10/03.

Turn key and nothing happens but lights work. There is 12 volts at the starter but nothing happens when you turn on the key switch. Kawasaki mule 610 new battery but little to no power to solenoid. Fully charged starter makes rapid clicking noise. When attacked to battery jump starter it will start. Mule was running excellent for 2 weeks with new battery.
