I stopped by the ever evolving University Village post holiday rush in search of Mochinut, located in the former Menchie's site (1/3/24). It is still in soft opening mode through tomorrow. The friendly counter person told me of the upcoming grand opening specials starting on Fri 1/5/24 through Sun 1/7/24 (see attached photos).

Fantastic location of mochinut. I love mochinut and the quality the uphold no matter what location they have. I will say, I have rated mochinut before in the past as a 4 star. It was nothing about the food that made in 4 starts but the last location I went to. The staff was understaff and were relatively rude. Mochinut bellevue is the old starbucks in Xroads mall. I opted for their most popular one, the strawberry. Very tasty and just the right level of sweetness to satisfy a sugar addict.
